  The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

  This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

We were warmly greeted by Krizia, who helped us in every aspect from recommending tourist attractions, to restaurants, etc. We were treated incredibly and felt instantly at home.
