The owners are present and they participate in the day to day activities of running this very charming hotel. The rooms are somewhat unique as the rooms are all so different. The location is a ten. The breakfast server was ever so nice and pleasant. - This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre of Florence. It is only a five minute trundle - with suitcase - from the main railway station. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was plenty of choice when it came to breakfast time. I had a nice, clean room overlooking the bustling piazza and the Medici chapels. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight. I would definitely recommend it.

  This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was also lovely. - it was easy to get from the train station and situated near everything. the people working there was very friendly.
