  Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.

  Location - close to main attractions of Florence. Very friendly staff. All needed facilities. Big room. Make sure you notify the staff about parking reservation if you travel by car! Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents. So, the garage in front of the hotel was very usefull, althoug... cosa dice la gente » h expensive. - Well equipped room. Free tea and coffee possibitly in the room was nice... The owner is very helpful and the location is very good. Definitely I'll stay again.

  The owners were really nice and very helpful. The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself. The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available. Nice villa surrounded by lush garden, excellent atmosphere inside, great room, really nice owner (Elena), close to the bus station to the Florence city centre (about 10 minutes) = we could only recommend! It´s a pitty that we have stayed there only 1 night.
