  The staff was really helpful and friendly! It is a good base to visit Florence, not far from the main turistic attractions and well connected to the main station and other towns (Fiesole etc.). - Friendly staff, family-like atmosphere, and nice breakfast considering the price.

  Everything is perfect. The location is good, in the central of the city just next to the Bacilica di Santa Maria. It is within ten mind walk to most of the tourist spots in town. But still, it's quiet in the night and allow me with a good sleep. The staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. And the room is clean and organized. The room is really spacious and the dividers are nice to give a little privacy. Because the rooms are spacious, it's not a big problem even if there is a snorer (compared to small bunk bed rooms in other hostels). Bathroom was clean and gets cleaned daily. Great location. The facilities are pretty basic, there's breakfast and computers and tv, that's about it.

  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.   Exceptionally friendly staff. 5-minute walk from Florence central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) as long as you can follow an Italian street map. A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available.
