  The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. Over - We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.

  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Thank you for a great stay - All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

We had no issues paying with a credit card, and even able to use a different card than the one pre-authorized. The location is amazing - right next to the Duomo - and close to everything. We literally were looking at the Duomo from both windows in the room (we had the corner "Butterfly" room, which was nice.) The room was large, especially for Florence standards, and the staff was nice, although only there for a few morning hours. Compared to other hotels, this place was a very good value.
