The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again. - The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

It is situated right in the city sentrum what makes it a perfect place both for these people who came to Florence for exploring the city for several days and who came to do shopping. Stuff is very friendly. Everyone speaks english and tries to help when it's needed. My room and bathroom were cleaned every day and towels were changed when I needed. A

The room was large, especially for Florence standards, and the staff was nice, although only there for a few morning hours. Compared to other hotels, this place was a very good value.
