San Niccolo Halldis Apartments is a collection of independent apartments located in a district known as ‘San Niccolo’ which is situated on the other side of the river Arno, in an area called ‘Oltrarno’. This is the gateway to the popular tourist sites of Piazzale Michelangelo and the Forte Belvedere. Here you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars, both Italians and foreigners alike. There are a lot of parks right in front of your doorstep - there are so many gorgeous walks up the tree-lined streets. Each apartment will provide you with house linens (sheets and towels), a private bathroom with bath or shower and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Halldis. After down payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Halldis via email. Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange balance payment and to provide the address and key collection details. - The keys to the Property will be given on the spot by the Company's appointee, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement. - A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - An initial and final cleaning is included in the price. - The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
