great location , epicenter of shopping area and on all top cultural sights. 5 star accommodation without the splendor of the palaces, but with very good price -quality relation.

an amazing hotel in one of the best locations in Firenze. Pure luxury, nothing is too much trouble, very attentive and friendly service.
We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. . Breakfast is excellent with good variety. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable of the city and its attractions.

The Hotel was very clean and met with all of our needs , the staff were excellent , Marco on reception and Melena in the restaurant could not have been more helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and our visit to Florence
The staff at reception where always friendly and helpful, even to the point where they helped me bring my car to the hotel, as I couldn't work out the streets of Florence. They never made anything an issue. They were lovely!
The spa treatments were shocking. I travel around the world consulting day spas as well as being a spa therapist. Every treatment I received was not up to high standard at all. I was very shocked. Would not recommend the spa to anyone.
A very nice,cosy hotel with great location
Everything about the hotel is great. Location, decor, facilities, staff. We are already planning to go back there in our next trip to Florence. Great restaurants, shopping and museums near by. You should get the Firenze Card when you go.
There was some contruction across the street, but it wasn't the hotel's fault.
The staff were very helpful and knowleable. Made bookings for tours and taxis for us. Breakfast was very good especially the warm vegetable dishes.
We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night. We ordered pasta dishes. The food was not good.
I am a seasoned international traveller, both business and leisure and must say this is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in.....brilliant find in Florence!

It was difficult to acess by car but the hotel send someone to help us.
Everything is positive and for our next trip in Florence, we will choose again the Golden Tower !!! it is a super, quiet, new hotel !! and the beds are really confortable.
