  For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself). It is very close to the beach and great for windsurfers. We drove up to mountain villages for di - The place was just right for a three day stay ... could easily go around Lake Como by car and ferry ... and even get a trip to St Moritz by panoramic train from Tirano ... also, the pool was just enjoyable for all !
