  Lovely hotel, very large room compering to the miserable Italian standard, spacious and comfortable bed, quiet, clean. We loved staying there. Large free parking space, very close to motorway a1 to ideal location for travelers in southern Toscany/Northern Umbria - I love everything about this hotel, the location is great .
