  Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes. Buses are running all night long and the great hotel staff gives all the indications to make your stay in Venice wonderful. The rooms are very big and the bed is very comfortable.   Very good restaurant, Italien food was exxellent, 20 min drive to Venice (parking), beautifull rooms and pool. Good service and clean.
