The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good,
from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms
and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus
they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the
Azrieli mall right there, as well as a full supermarket, again, right
out

to the beach which was great. It dropped me off at the Crowne Plaza on

The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine
right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd,
you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or
not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very
conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel
being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

This new HOTEL INDIGO is far above anything I've seen in Israel. I travel to Israel very often for both business and pleasure and I believe I've stayed in all 5 star hotels Tel Aviv has to offer. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything, including staff and operations, ran so smoothly and in the background that it felt like all my needs were known and accommodated in advanced. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgable, and a pleasure to speak with. And the facility, attention to detail, and comfort/class level are exemplary. I'm definitely coming back!

The service was excellent, friendly. Issues were resolved in a timely
manner. The food was amazing, The breakfast with such a large variety.
Wow. The receptionists were right there to assist with any issue, always
smiling. We forgot the Kindle and the charger in the room. We called the

A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller.
I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the
Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer
everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and
helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night
(Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location
ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Excellent service. Every thing we asked for was provided as if they did
not know how to say "NO". Asked for late check out at 4:00 pm,
management said yes no problem and also offered drinks at the Bar before
we left. We were late for breakfast (1:00 pm) management said no
problem, coffe etc delivered to our room. Unbelievable service. -

Breakfast is served in a cafe 5 minutes away from the hotel and is is EXCELENT.
