Folded down it was a perfectly comfortable bed with not compromise whatever and it was extremely quick and easy to fold up and down. The building is new and very well located close to beach and Ben Yehuda, and walking distance both to Tel Aviv Naamal and Yaffo, 2 blocks from the American Embassy. The apartment was big and very sunny with a nice balcony, spotless clean. It had a nice kitchen with toaster, microwave, etc and also a hair dryer in the bathroom. We really felt very comfortable.
