What can I say? A beautiful house set in a beautiful position on the side of Lough Neagh. The welcome was very warm and the accommodation and breakfast were immaculate.

It's location is perfect, as it is very central, giving access to all parts of Northern Ireland. -
A delight - warm and cosy with a wonderful welcome from Elizabeth, delicious home-cooked food (we had dinner as well), lovely view over the lake, very comfortable bed, spacious lounge.

Myself and my husband loved everything about Ashlea House from the facilities to the friendly warm staff, the breakfasts were spot on ... We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. Most impressively, when we told Geraldine, the hostess, that we were in a bit of a hurry to leave due to our travel plans, our breakfast came out more quickly than I even thought possible. She did everything in her power to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possibl

Going home . We left early as beds were uncomfortable . owner was unfriendly and when we left had only wore a dressing gown and didnt speak . Place only suitable for two people . Bed and sofa bed need replaced. It shouldnt even have one star . Owner needs to b up early to get fullyclothed. -

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable with a great view across the very attractive harbour. The hotel was close to restaurants. The beds are so comfortable. Lovely tasty breakfast and very good table service. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff are nice and friendly. It was also very relaxing and i had a room with a great view of the sea. Also they have a lift in the building which is a bonus as i didn't need to pull my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Excellent B&B.

We loved everything about the bed and breakfast. Family owning the place was lovely, helpful and welcoming, the room was incredibly clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was huge and nice, had we stayed there longer, we would probably gain lots of weight because of huge portions we were getting!

I'm not afraid to say that Carnately Lodge is the best B&B house in Northern Ireland. The rooms are comfy, clean and very well designed. The breakfast was purely natural from local farms and so much tasty. Colette and Burt are the most welcoming people who took care of us since the first minute. Looking forward to see them again!!
