Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. la vicinanza all'aeroporto - E' davanti l'uscita dagli arrivi dall'aeroporto di belfast, si giunge tranquillamente a piedi appena atterrati. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio interno grande. Bar e ristorante con servizio in camera.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and again, I didn't get the chance to use the Spa Facilities. This time my stay was only for 1 night as I was busy visiting Family. The front of house staff were were efficient and friendly when we checked-in and were throughout our stay. They had local knowledge of the area which helped us with our plans. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Kevin.
The room had most of the facilities we needed and was very large and spacious with three beds in it (we only needed a double!)
The views of our room were of the sea and coastline which was stunning
The rooms were very clean and well equip

Staff very helpful, friendly always greeted with a smile and always time to speak to you. Food was excellant and very reasonable and a good choice of menu. Rooms was bright spacious and spotless.
