I have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world, but the staff in this hotel were easily the most professional and friendly that I have encountered. You will realise this from the moment you begin to check in. - The extremly helpful reception girl named Catherine. Excellent service.

Ottimo il servizio internet, per chi è senza computer è possibile usufruire di un PC e una stampante alla reception a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Gentilissimi nel conservare i bagagli anche dopo in chec out, noi gli abbiamo ritirati alle 3 del mattino.

La colazione continentale ancorchè cara (19,50 € a persona!!!). - My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet. Weliked it a lot! - Opportunity to stay extra half day in same room

The Staff were really friendly and they try to do anything to make you feel like you were at home. The Food at the restaurant was lovely and the environment was relaxing. We are extremely happy with the room quality and We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to everybody who wishes stay in it.
