  Very clean and modern B&B. Super friendly staff. Nice room and yummy breakfast. Highly recommend if you'll be staying around Kilkenny. It's not really within walking distance to City Center but they have a phone in the entrance area to easily call a cab (cost is about 10 Euro to get to the castle right near the town). It was one of the best places we stayed at across our 10 day trip. - Rooms were clean, there was a place to visit with other guests, very friendly owners, great breakfast, very clean, even though on a main street it was definitely quiet, convenient to reach with a car, able to have tea or coffee any time of the day/evening. - loved this place! cleanest place i have ever stayed, you could literally have eaten off the floor. rooms were small but very comfy and the husband and wife team were super great. a little out of the main town but that was kind of nice, the town was loud

  Great location without being right in the middle of the city centre. Really friendly staff. I stayed in a twin room and it was exceptionally clean, not a cobweb in sight despite the tall ceilings. Lovely warm rooms.   The staff were so nice and pleasant. Great atmosphere in the pub in which we stayed over. Breakfast is the nicest in Kilkenny town and is included in the room which is even better. Very cheap all round a great place to stay. - Absolutely superb accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful staff.
