This is a beautiful, small guest facility (14 rooms) that has a very nice ambience. Each room is a little different, but all well thought out and decorated. The breakfast area is delightful and the service is personal. The food was both fresh and freshly prepared. The common areas are all very inviting. It is convenient to Killarney and is a wonderful base for exploring the west coast, including the Cliffs of Moher, Dingle Peninsula, and the Ring of Kerry.

We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. everything, this is an amazing hotel. we went there to get engaged and had such a great time. we were upgraded to a suite which was a great start and our whole wkd was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. staff were amazing, they could not have done enough, food was excellent and the view was the best iv ever seen

A 5 star hotel, superb and at an excellent price. Lives up to its description. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful..We were welcomed both in English and in Irish which was refreshing (and it wasn’t just the cupla focal). Our every need and comfort was catered for. Room was spacious and comfortable.Food was excellent. Well done. I won't be staying anyplace else next time I'm in Tralee.

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff.
