The room is very clean and has a good decoration and design, despite the
view from the room is obstructed by nearby buildings.
The hotel is very new, however it is not yet fully finished. There are other parts of the hotel under construction but still acceptable, not a problem. I see the construction of swimming pool on the second floor facing directly the street, in which I think it will be a great area for relaxation.

The hotel was very new, which meant that it was stylish and clean. The breakfat was good. One day we went on a trip to Borobudur at 5.45 and we could have some breakfast as it was already there.
The hotel is new, comfortable and stylish. Our room was spacious and had interesting design. Staff is friendly in manner.
The bed is excellent, for a budget hotel like this, i sleep like a baby, when i stay there.

Because of the hotel is new, of course they're clean enough, comfort
bed and sofa with big room too and give us a pleasure, and have swimming
pool too, suite for travellers who prefer staying at hotel rather than
take a city tour :).

Toilet is not dirty, it's clean but there are some dirt from the construction, and found some ants and insects on the floor.
It was a bit far from marlioboro, it's walking distance but the traffic made it not too safe. Also the swimming pool wasn't finished.
Hotel's location is not ideal. It seems to be closed to the centre of Jogjakarta, but, in fact, if you decide to reach it (Malioboro street, for example) on foot, you have to be ready to manoeuvre in the middle of motorcycles and cars over 20-30 minutes.
The light installment on the room, was a bit dim for my taste, i hope they can add one or two lamp, it would be nice.
A bit far from city center (15 minutes by walk along noisy and crowded streets).

The breakfast location is in the close to the main entrance hotel.
The location is not too strategic, a little far from shopping area, such
as Malioboro Street. In the night, the area is quite, not so many food-
seller, and the parking space is need improvement.

The pool wasn't open.
Bad staff, awfull breakfast, pool not yet ready and smelly rooms (although the hotel is quite new, the plumbing has not been done properly), no good atmospheres, very loud when you have a room close to the roof top bar. Long hallways so very noisy!.
