Welcoming informative efficient staff. Excellent (free) breakfast buffet and egg station - omelets were perfectly cooked; Bircher muesli was delicious; brown toast was available (not common in Asia) and many more options. Attentive staff in dining room. Free, freshly-cooked delicious takeout breakfast ready at 3.30am when we had to catch an early flight. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Large soft towels. Quiet clean rooms with all facilities working. Free transport to and from air.

Buffet style breakfast but not much choices. Very good hotel, we were transferred from their sister hotel due to over- booking but they compensated us with complientary meals etc. great pool, good location, spacious and friendly. cannot expect more for such good price including the airport pickup service! breakfast is also good! really a good choice as the first stop in Bali!. Very close to airport, nice staff, food is good but high tax 21%! Good choice if u need to catch an early flight~. Great tv channels. We stayed for one night at each end of our trip as the hotel is very close to the airport. We found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and efficiently run with delightful staff and could have stayed longer. We stayed in a Superior Room on the 3rd floor. The air condition was very noisy. The roosters were also noisy from 6am+. Our wake up call, they said they knocked on our door, but we were already up and it wasn't our door. Too far from shops.Dining room too windy during rainy weather. Location is poor. Far from kuta area and thus not really convenient. The restaurant at the hotel was pretty bad. The chicken in two of our meals was not fully cooked - it was pretty much raw. Also, if you have food allergies, make sure you ask for the ingredients because apparently, the Caesar salad there includes pine nuts. A little far from center Kuta area. A little poor of breakfast. the staff is not pro enough the breakfast is not good. ants in the room.
