Clean and tidy hotel. Quite new.

The internet is super slow. Not even connectable sometime and the staff said is not helpful.

Near to other location at jakarta and also you can get a ride by thier shuttle to near by shopping center

The location which is for taking a taxi expect to be taking more time to get to your final place.

This part of Jakarta is very gritty, not at all walkable. Need to take a taxi to anywhere decent ( and that takes time in Jakarta).

The hotel staff is very friendly

I reach the hotel at 3pm but the room is not ready. I have to wait for another 30 minutes. Once enter the room, it is smelly. During the check out I ask for help from front desk staff to make a call to Garuda Indonesia office to secure my flight seat but he refuse.

The grand deluxe room had a panoramic view over the mangga dua landscape. Beautiful sunset view from the room. Spotless cleanliness.Sumptuous fine dining at the restaurant at lobby. Free shuttle to mangga dua square mall.

No eating places in walking distance from hotel.

I do like the room cleanliness

takes time for check in and i book for non-smoking room but get smoking room

We had grand deluxe, our children like to play at bathtub after playing at cold water pool. While the children play at bathtub, we can still took shower cos its separate. Bfast was satisfying, & although imlek Dinner was fully booked the manager still was trying her best to arrange for us but didn't make it.

The floor without carpet was too cold at night, have to use sleeper to go to bathroom. For tat big bathroom, 1 doormat at the bathroom is not enough. Need 1 in front of shower door, 1 at bathtub & 1 in front of the bathroom door.

I am a regular traveller and only hotel that does not have a single BS 3pins plug adaptor for hotel guest to on loan during the stays.
