This is an excellent hotel in a very touristy city. -
All five star hotel staffs are trained to be friendly and nice. Trident udaipur was set apart as they genuinely wanted to make guest's stay customised and cared after.
the attention they give is not formal but the staff actually cares to give solutions to your every problem.

Everything. Mr.K and every member of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made our short stay in Udaipur memorable. Beautiful rooms, good location, it's walking distance from tourist spots. Highly recommended. -

Great position overlooking the lake. Really good and attentive staff. Management and staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Arrived very early after an overnight rail journey from Delhi and were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Rooms were made available to us even though it was only just after eight in the morning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Made some good suggestions for places to see and visit and arranged for a car and driver to stay

The location was exceptional with views of lake and the palace from our bedroom and the rooftop restaurant. We were close to many of the attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Loved the monkeys visiting in the morning. -

The staff was very helpful and always available. Great service. And very trustworthy, which is priceless in this city where everyone has a hustle. I left my cell phone charger in the room after checking out and they gave it to me when I came back to pick up my bags.
The restaurant is expensive, but worth the amazing view.They left the lights on for us and we were able to talk by the seaside all night with our tea.
We have been all over India, and we highly recommend Jagat Niwas Palace.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It is fantastic value for money and breakfast was included and very tasty. The building itself is beautiful and the rooftop restaurant and bar serves good food, cold beer and has amazing views. The location was excellent - Lal Ghat is a great place to stay, very pictures

Beautiful location on the lake and amazing view.
the staff super kind (the guy at the concierge gave us a ride on his motorcycle while we were going in the wrong direction). They offer the largest bathtub I have ever tried. Nice restaurant as well.
