We celebrated the first two nights of Diwali there and it was such a nice place we tried to extend out stay by a day and a night but we couldn't change our travel arrangements. Chhotaram's homestay really is a unique experience, but - We came to Chhotaram Prajapat's Homestay after a hectic week´s stay in New Delhi and it was total bliss to stay with them. They really make you feel at home: the family share their meals with you, teach you how to make the traditional bread and let you dress up in the beautiful skirts and veils. Chhotaram also arranged a camel ride for us in the desert. It may seem a bit expensive, but it is definitely worth it (by way of comparison, the camel ride we were offered in Pushkar took place in the

  Friendly helpful staff. Good food served to room even though it was quite late when we arrived. Location nice because it was a short walk out of the busy town, but a bit difficult to find when returning back in the dark.
