We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

I called earlier for request to early check-in but your staff clearly told that not possible and when I go by letsbookhotel.com fortunately I got early check in. I think your staff attending the business call are not properly polished. -

Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now.
India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME!

The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Upon arrival the staff was very good and efficient. All over the staff was really great too. They seem to have a good balance at being friendly, but not over-intrusive. Even the janitor, c leaning the floor, asked me about my day and wished me a good flight.

Beautifully appointed, this hotel has all the trappings of luxury. Great view from my room. Fantastic staff who cater to one's every need. I was too busy to avail myself of the facilities but spa, gym and swimming pool all looked great. Very good restaurants offering traditional Indian, European and Chinese cuisine.
