  We had spent some time travelling around West Bengal for three weeks prior to our stay so the easy greeting and check in was great. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay.   The location of the hotel is just perfect. The Mall is in walking distance (10-15 minutes) but "around the corner", which means that the surroundings of the hotel are completely quiet. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor from which we could see the mountains. At dawn the panorama was even more fantastic. The r - Staff of the hotel was really excellent and quick about services. I would like to name front office team Nidhi and Priyanka these are excellent in work. My compliments to them.
