  I can honestly say that the Oberoi Grand in Kolkata provides the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel (and we have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world.)   The location was good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Was stayed here for 6 nights. Just enjoyed even on the edge of Philine Cyclone.   We had spent some time travelling around West Bengal for three weeks prior to our stay so the easy greeting and check in was great. All the staff that we spoke to seemed genuinely concerned about whether or not we were enjoying our stay.
