All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a

All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

My wife and I were overwhelmed by our stay at New Dehli Radisson Blu.
From the first contact to the last contact - from the airport chauffeur

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Complementary airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, Breakfast and even Bottled Water which is a rarity amongst 5* hotels in New Delhi. Thai restaurant is simply superb – probably the best Thai food I have had. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing. A couple of nice bar/lounge areas. Really can’t fault this hotel, will definitely return.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Large, comfortable room. We had access to the Executive Club which offered good food throughout the day, and a bar service in the evening. Staff was very honest.i checked out and after 2 hours realised that
forgot my wallet in the room drawer. I rang the hotel and connected to
lost and found. The lady there was very prompt and with in 5 minutes
confirmed that it was intact.i collected the same and found that nothing

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool was very inviting but water cold in March as out of sunlight most of the day. Metro just infront of the hotel,so easy to hop on. -
All the staff, specially in resturant and breakfast are so polite that I
think that only indian can be so good to assist the guest of hotel. An
eccellent service.
