well worth paying extra for. Staff amazing and provided several

Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. I had my spectulations when i checked the prices online and saw the rooms pics online, but rooms are as per the images displayed; clean, comfortable. Very friendly staff and took good care of my family. The mall and shopping complex just downstairs made shopping and eating arrangements easier.

Just to be short, I got much more than I expected from this hotel. I used an apartment and I got impressed with the huge space, the quality finishing and especially the excellent service. After the experience with this hotel I decided to go for the Westin Hotel in Bangkok.

I am a regular traveller since 1992 I have stayed in most hotels in Mumbai from 5 Star to 3 star.
This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. Myself and my wife were offered FREE Breakfeast for 9 days. The
