  The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile... cosa dice la gente » t paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!

  Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.
