  We had a lovely stay here for 4 days and 5 nights. The location allowed us to walk to the Prince of Wales Museum, the Gateway to India and boats to Elephant Island, Victoria Station, Crawford Market, the High Court and the Univ of Mumbai. Which leads to the most enjoyable aspect of our stay and that was the staff - I am a regular traveller since 1992 I have stayed in most hotels in Mumbai from 5 Star to 3 star. This hotel is situated in an excellent venue. The rooms are bit small but don't grumble it is still an excellent value for money. Though I book thru letsbookhotel.com I was not offered breakfeast but when I arrived in the hotel I made sure that before I sign up for the room, I asked Roshan at the counter that I needed to see the room. Myself and my wife were offered FREE Breakfeast for 9 days. The

  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring.   The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends.   Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.
