The close proximity to city.
Location, staff.
It is in city inside and approcah to easy of any places.
Not so customer friendly staffs.
Lack of effective exhaust system in the bathroom.
The way of approach of Hotel staff is arrogiant, not proper respect to visitors,.
No one take responsibilties.
