It is the team that really makes all the difference. Edouard, Prashand, Prasad, Cynthia, Judas, Mithoun (and the others who I couldn't get the names) are all very very welcoming and attentive. Made us feel at home, among family.
We've stayed in the Crossandra Junior Suite which was very nice.

We won't consider any other option if and when we return to Goa. -
The staff were fantastic. This is a truly friendly place where the owner is on site all the time. It was peaceful within a beautiful setting. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding, better than any 5 star hotel. The feeling was of safety and care.

Weel situated, central, but 5 mins walk from the beach. Modern rooms, beautiful, great bathrooms, nice restaurant on the swimming pool. recommended

We booked a beach cottage and we got the best beach side cottage as it was right on the calaungute beach. The food was nice and catering to the taste buds of everyone in terms of variety and taste.
The best i liked was the location and food. Although the entrance is a bit messy and the staff is very busy all the time. -

The cleanliness was to be appriciated as we could see the effort put into looking at details by the staff. The room had a very pleasant aroma when we entered and everything was spic and span. The courtesy of the staff was also something we have not seen many places. The swimming pool was very welcoming, and though its not a large pool, it was well kept and maintained. We only had breakfast and the variety was reasonable, but they graciously offered more variety if we desired, which we did not f

Great service- most staff members spoke English and were so friendly and helpful!
We were given a great upgrade on the room free of charge, and that was amazing news after delayed flights and arriving there so late at night.
Our room was the best at the resort, and we were so comfortable for our 4 nights.

Very nice hotel. Ideally tucked away from the noise and excitement that you find in Goa, so its pretty quiet and peaceful. But walk like half a km and you are right in the middle of all the happening places with lots of restaurants, shops etc. Also pretty close to Calangute, Baga beach. Aguada is a just bit further ahead.
The hotel itself is well-maintained with spacious clean rooms, and a courteous staff. We had a nice breakfast spread over the 3 days we were here.
