Eccellente la posizione a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata metro Opera, Appartamento molto pulito in una nuova palazzina. Noi avevamo prenotato il piu' piccolo degli appartamenti ed invece ci è stato assegnato il più grande allo stesso prezzo. Ideale per chi viaggià con i bambini. Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat.
Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

qualità del personale - We used the hotel whilst visiting the Hungarian Air Show. We werepicked up on arrival, transferred to/from the station next day (we usedthe train to get to Kecskemet). Day 3 they again transferred us toFerihegyi Station for our transfer into Budapest. All this for free -and with a smile!!!! What a service!!!! Also very comfo

Excellent and totally empty swimming pool. Close to highway. Nice reception lady when I arrived. Even though it was 2 a.m. lady was all smiling and very helpful. -

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel

We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.
