Mr Andras insisted on meeting us on the outskirts of Budapest and escorting us directly to the accommodation, so that we wouldn't have to wander through the city until we find our street. We came to the apartment in the Raday utca (street), full of good restaurants and only minutes away from well supplied supermarkets and - Andras - the owner was the perfect host. A great guy, warm and welcoming, he guided us well about the sights in and around the city and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The apartments are centrally located with all local transport available outside. The rooms were clean and all basic necessities were available.it is walking distance from all the major tourist sights.   I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The conversion from a venerable old residence to a modern comfortable hotel has been carried out with style and panache. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
