it is 10 minutes walk to a metro station (Gyöngyösi utca) and a shopping mall .
a big Tesco with 2 restaurants in it is opened 24 hours and is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
in summary i would recommend this hotel if taking a metro and 10 minutes walk does not bother you.

My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. Modern hotel, that offers 4-star standard rooms, that are sufficiently
equipped and comfortable. Nice view from the 12th floor, where you can
find a spa and fitness area and the hotel bar. Free parking and free
internet access even when using the computers in the lobby. Various
breakfast. Almost unbeatable price-/performance ratio for the city
of Budapest.

All exactly like on the fotos. Free parking has only 8 spots, there is a garage which costs 8EUR/night, however you can pay only for those nights actually spent in garage, if you get a free place for other nights. Some difficulties with English while communicating with receptionist, actually is hard to communicate English in Hungary in general. -

It was clean and friendly. The food was good, the staff were considerate and unobtrusive. Excellent value for money overall. The location is convenient (on a ring-road, on a tram-route that links to two of the metro lines). Anyone who's in the city for an MTK or Ferencvaros game will find it VERY convenient.
