We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name
was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we

the guy to arrange a space for us! The flat was very open and spacious,

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

Our apartment for 2 people was absolutely fantastic! Location was excellent, apartment was really big with bedroom, livingroom, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Everything you need for succesfull holiday!
Staff was really friendly too, and there was 24 h reseption.

The apartments are well situated right in the city center, the main attractions being easily reachable by foot - e.g. 5/10 min walk to St. Stephen's cathedral / Opera.
We booked at the all 4u apartments but received one at the Gojdu Apartments (different buiding, but within 100m from the all4u). The apartments are spacious and clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything necessary. Overall it's a good value for money.

Eccellente la posizione a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata metro Opera, Appartamento molto pulito in una nuova palazzina. Noi avevamo prenotato il piu' piccolo degli appartamenti ed invece ci è stato assegnato il più grande allo stesso prezzo. Ideale per chi viaggià con i bambini. parking costs 10 Euros/day, good facilities, not that far away from
Budapest City center. Within 15 minutes (8 stops from Deak Ter) with

it is 10 minutes walk to a metro station (Gyöngyösi utca) and a shopping mall .
a big Tesco with 2 restaurants in it is opened 24 hours and is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
in summary i would recommend this hotel if taking a metro and 10 minutes walk does not bother you.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and
comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were
friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our "home from
home" during our 3 days in Budapest and would definitely aim to

Superior apartment with entrance to the private roof terrace from living- and bedroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It gives a relaxing and private stay at the residential building. My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever

my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first
arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the
Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the
Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street,

First good thing - parking! After that, very friendly, positively and
polite staff on reception. Very good English. The rooms are very
comfortable, large, clean, room fridge has a basic. For that price, of
course. Staff at reception, when we were checking out, be was kind and

Modern hotel, that offers 4-star standard rooms, that are sufficiently
equipped and comfortable. Nice view from the 12th floor, where you can
find a spa and fitness area and the hotel bar. Free parking and free
internet access even when using the computers in the lobby. Various
breakfast. Almost unbeatable price-/performance ratio for the city
of Budapest.
