  I loved everything. I loved the location. It was in a quite neighborhood and we had a lovely view from our balcony. We came early and had no problems checking in early. The owners are absolutely fantastic! They were kind and compassionate. Within a few days we left crying because it was like leaving family.   Superb location for Miskolc-Tapolca cave baths. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the man in charge of check-in / out.   Location of hotel is very nice, close to termal cave bath. It is quite clean. There is free parking behind the hotel. ATM is in front of the hotel. Breakfast is ok. - We've stayed in the new 4-star part of the hotel. Nice design, clean and comfortable room. Personnel is very helpful. Nice area and enjoyable wellness part.
