  Very friendly and helpful staff Good location - just next to metro line, short walk distance to both Pest centre, and nightlife centre. Nice communal areas. There is also wall sized map of Budapest with marked places worth visiting, which I find really good idea. - friendly & helpful staff. Good kitchen facilities. Close to all sights.

  For the price the appartment was exceptional. Many of the fixtures were brand new, including a power shower. There was a microwave and toaster, television and free internet, large fridge etc. The ceilings are really high and the place was a decent size for a couple. - Our stay in Firstapartment was nearly perfect.   Very central location, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, which definitely isn't a given in Hungary! I had booked the apartment instead of a normal room (by accident, purely) and the huge condo for €29/night was excellent value for money! Lots and lots of room, high ceilings and quiet neighbours. Would definitely recommend this apartment ro - Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area. I would say it's good val

The apartment was an easy walk to many main attractions and for a family of four was a really cost-effective way to enjoy Budapest. Rooms incl. kitchen and bathroom were new, modern and clean. We felt like at home. The lady responsible for the apartment was very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking was available at a good price. Location was awesome- everything was really close- city center 5 min walk, supermarkets, restaurants within 5-10 min, possible to walk to all the famous city sights.

  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  The apartment was clean, nice and convenient for a solo or couples and it is recommended from my side and will definetly consider it in my future visits to Budapest......Adding an intercom for the main door would be great and tall people should take care of their heads due to the low ceiling of the bedroom (duplex). Very well equipped (microwave, tea-coffe mackers, toaster, owen....) spotlessly clean, satelite tv, stereo, air condition, wirless wifi, welcome bottle of wine. 2 big supermarkets (tesco and spar) on the street. 5 minutes walk to metro line, bus station infront of the apartment. Jewish quater just behind the apartment with lot of restaurants and bars.Owner Francesco is great....you will never regret renting this apartment.
