  Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. The room was lovely, very moder - Everything was great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices. We ate a bit later in the morning and everything was plentiful. We had an early flight the day we left, and the staff made coffee for us in the lobby and fixed sandwiches to take with us.   we loved Karma. It was a massive appartment in a beautiful old building. Tamas was there to meet us when we arrived and spent time telling us where to go and what things were in the neighbourhood. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The location was fantastic.. just a couple of minutes walk from the Oktogan Metro stop and very close to the main nightlife strip (but not close enough to be bothered by it).. We explored the whole city by foot from the apartment, couldnt have been better!

The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.
