Hungarian Opera House, on the popular Andrassy Avenue, is 1.5km from the Panzió City Center.

1.very friendly hotel owner to tell us very useful travel tips 2.clean,nice,traditional hotel room&building 3.nice kitchen at hotel for us to make a coffee or tea 4.very safe place to stay 5.Hotel located in city centre and very good pubic transportation to go anywehre else for sightseeing spot 5.during the night a bit noisy outside very thin window at hotel but we take ear-plugs for a quite sleep. 6. Next time we would like to stay this fantastic home style hotel again! thanks for the good.
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » Katie is fantastic. Room had a sofa and beds, beds are basic but do the job. Towels provided. Bathroom has two showers and two basins. Ignore the nonsense elsewhere abou no locking doors, perfectly obvious that showers are in use when shower door and curtain shut. Kitchen has cooker, microwave, free tea and coffee, percolator, everything you need. Fridge and freezer for guests. Wi-Fi and pc for guest use, no charge.TV In room. The owner Kate is absolutely lovely and helped us with anything and everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and the showers were good. If I ever go back to Budapest I would consider going back. Although one thing to bare in mind is that 'Kate's guesthouse' which is another name for the place is on the 5th floor by stairs and the 3rd floor by elevator. Proprietor was nice and helpful. Room was a good size. Shared bathroom was nice and clean. They did our washing for us that wasn't too expensive. Location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Would stay there again (with a different bed). The accomodations were the best bang for the buck, the family that has the panzio is really really friendly and helpful. They give you good pointers of cheap eats and best places to visit. Had a really great time with my girlfriend. I liked the location (15 min walk to many attraction). Katy as host was excellent and gave us some ideas what to do in Budapest. Very good value for your money. Very good for quiet people who like to come and go when they want. Small Flat, perfect location, Good Kitchen, Eila nice person working during weekend, we loved the hostel because of her. Metro & tram stops very close, shops around..easy to go any where (Dont miss to go to Aqua World). Very clean, very good location (city centre, close to super market, restaurants, attractions), good commodities, nice staff, a lot of turistic information about budapest and what to do. It was my second visit in this hostel and it's even better than before. Rooms are clean, looks good. There is kitchen with microwave! If you need, you can make your dinner on your own. Kate is a very kind and helpful person. This is a small hostel but also very cosy. We enjoyed staying there very much. Plus - This place is close to the metro (underground) station. The householder was very helpful, the room was big and comfortable, the hostel is right near the city center, not far from the metro line and a supermarket. My second stay here. Everything is perfect for this price. I've been allowed to stay later and check-out at 14:15 for free. Clean room and very clean toilettes, great location in the city center, very friendly and helpful staff. A charming pension located centrally in an atmospheric old building. Very helpful and friendly owner. Almost all is fine, nice kitchen and coffee-machine, info is great. Possible to find parking space. The laundry! Host Kate was very helpfull. Easy access. It is close to Metro station. The shits were clean. We were there in a heatwave and it was very hot; fans are provided but no air-con. Small issue and we were there in late July with temperature reaching 40+c. The bed wasn't actually a double it was two singles pushed together but didn't mind too much. Everything else was so great. The bed made loud squeaking noises when you turned in your sleep, which kept us awake. Nothing comes to mind. For the price and location, really shouldn't be nit picky. It is on busy street so it is good to have ear plugs for the night. small room and very hot in summer. noise from the tram, thin mattress. The street is very noisy, so in hot days it can be disadvantage to sleep with open window. The toilet and the shower are shared, and sometimes you can feel cigarette smell. When we stayed there second time, we went to room 3 which was a bit unclean. Some rooms need little repairing. The "wall" that separates the showers should be more reseved, in order to give more privacy. Noisy tram on one of the Budapest streets. Too noisy. The room was too small and noicy becouse of bad windows. Everything was OK. Uncomfortable bed. Small room close to the access doors is the worst because you can hear everything (elevators, door opening etc...). 1. At first Kate was waiting with info that we cannot be in the room I rent on the net- instead twin room I got 1 bed room- so people there is no matter which room you rent in advance! 2.curtains in the bathroom are prity dirty. 3.There is a lot dust and hair on the floor. 4.Wi Fi- no useful. 5.Very loud/noice from the street. 6.In the summer- no air condition. 7.No any kind of desk or anything where you can put things down. 8.Very bad bed, uncomfortable.
