Very nice young couple manages the place (she speaks german, he english)
room was ok with a big balcony and a really great view. We could see
mountains, beach and a nice sunset. They also have a nice place on the
roof to enjoy the evening and have a drink. Free parking in front of the
hotel. Bathroom small but clean small pantrykitchen with a fridge (not
the minibar-frigde but a real one) beach right around the corner we
would go there again and can recommend the place

Beyond expectations! The hotel is situated above the village of Afissos where there is a beach. The hotel commands a spectacular, panoramic view of the sea and mountains. From our balcony, we were also lucky to witness a beautiful sunset.The staff could not do enough for us, the owner is an innovative chef whose love of cooking is evident within his masterly, breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a very beautiful and pleasant family-owned hotel. The garden and the surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing. The owners greeted us like their own children. We had some home-made Cornelian cherry liqueur, fresh eggs from hens up on the slopes of Mt. Olympus, home-mad jam. In short - we felt like being at our grandparents' house. The beach is very close and lovely, with a wide sand strip and bars alongside. The water is clean and deep blue. There is a historical village Old Panteleim

Me and my familly enjoied a lot our staing in Kosta Famissi Hotel, even this was only for one night. We found it easily and we received all we aspected and a plus and a bonus. After visiting Meteora we would souposed to go to Skiathos Island but we were not informed about the ferry timetable. For this I would like to thank the man on the reception who helped us (I am sorry but I don't know his name), giving a lot of phone calls to Volos and offering us some benchmarks for the next day, in our t

Everything was really good. the staff was very helpful and friendly, the facilities were also very good. The restaurant is ok, but I only had lunch there as we wanted to see the island. The beach is pebble but the sea is great, I liked it and if I ever return to this island I will stay there again for sure. I will recommend it to my friends -
