My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights it is a family run business. The owners were very helpful and kept the place very clean. The breakfast was also good. Perfect view. You can see the harbor, the volcano and the island's outline. It's a very private hotel because it's not in the middle of a city: quiet and no crowds around the area.
The breakfast was not included (10€...), but we got a room with a kitchen, and we would cook our own breakfast and watch the gorgeous sights. There is also a LIDL supermarket very close if you need it.
We also got a car, and the hotel was in a convenient place in the island to visit every spot: Fira, Oia, Akrotiri, P

We liked it so much! Despite being close to the beach and kamari center when you enter the terrotory its a completely different word of tranquility, you can enjoy the stars from your balcony at night and rest in a cool villa when its boiling hot outside! The individual villas were detached from each other, so it was very private and not very noisy. The triple room had two individual bedrooms. It was very close to the beach and shops at Kamari. Would recommend it and will go back there next time we are in Kamari.

The appartments have a stunning view of the caldera. I could sit on the balcony for hours and enjoy the view. The location in Firostefani is perfect for an evening walk to Fira or Imerovigli. This hotel is just on the cliff of Firostefani. You can have a nice view of sea. As far as I know, this hotel has the only one swimming pool around those hotels nearby. It's easy when you want to get to Fira, 10min walking distance.

The staff, although they couldn't speak English very well were so friendly and very able to help us out in any way we needed. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with a local feeling away from the crowd this is the place to stay.
15 minutes from Thira bus station, in a little village, Villa pavlina is a quiet hotel.
The owners will be happy to help you with anything, plus you get free transfers from/to the hotel.
We slept OK but could hear our neighbours.

La struttura è molto bella, in un'ottima posizione, vicina alle spiagge e ai principali servizi. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale specialmente Christos è un vero padrone di casa. Ti aiuta sempre a risolvere problemi e dà ottimi consigli per girare l'isola al meglio. Il clima è davvero famigliare e molto piacevole. Ci siamo sentiti sempre

We stayed here for only a night but I muss say it was one of the nicest.
We arrived around 8-9am and Christos the owner was at the bar waiting
for us. He welcomed us with some fruit dessert and let us check in right
away with one of his staff carrying all our luggage to the room (group
of 4 with all large luggage). Christos was really nice from giving us a
map and highlighting all the main attractions to view to arranging us a
car hire. Car hire included not only a discount but also delivering -
We had a great time in Santorini. The staff at the hotel were awesome.
It took all the stress away as Christos (the owner) organised our
transfers, boat tour and hire car rental. The location is quiet and
peaceful, this suited us as we had three kids travelling in our family
and a little down time is what we needed after busy sightseeing days.
The hotel is an easy five minute walk to the beach and about a ten
minute drive into the main tourist part of Santorini. Breakfast was

Very nice location. So it's like you live on the beach. Very convinient, romantic place. There are a lot of different Taverna where you can find fresh foods, nice and friendly staff. Sometimes I felt myself like this is my old village where everyone knows each others....It was simple a pleasure to stay there!

Nice room with a lovely balcony. The hotel grounds are very pretty, beautifully done. Great pool, very peaceful place. Very close to the beach. Overall a superb hotel. -
