The Mani Peninsula is rural and beautiful and well away from the normal holiday locations. Citta dei Nicliani is an enchanting retreat run by one caring family who really do understand the meaning of making the stay memorable. Nothing is too much trouble and mother, father, son and daughter all speak very good english. Breakfast is unbelievably good - you'll surely take a photograph. Would we ever go back - you bet! I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters. There are flowers everywhere, jasmine on the terrace and lots of butterflies - 27C at the end of October is hard to beat!

This was the second time that we stayed in the guesthouse and we liked it even better than the first time.
Rooms are beautiful with tasteful interiors and very comfortable beds. Rooms well heated.
Nice breakfast served in the room (and eaten on the sunny balcony). Extremely friendly and genuinly welcoming staff.
Wonderful surroundings and perfect location for visiting Mystras and Sparta. Chromata, one of the best restaurants we have experienced in Greece is nearby.

Beautifully designed individual spacious stone built apartments surrounded by lovely stone terracing with olive trees. Big bedrooms rooms with air conditioning , large comfy beds and bathrooms with a big shower. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very peaceful too. -

The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped by Greek standards for this price range.A full size hob and oven and a good working surface was very welcome. Fantastic villa: nicely decorated, lots of space, beautiful view from the balcony, good privacy. Very well equipped kitchen. Fridge stocked by owner with soft drinks, water, wine and a wonderful home-made orange cake. Coffee, milk and biscuits provided for your first breakfast after arrival. Best place we've stayed in 10 years.

The Olympion Asty was a fantastic experience! The rooms were sparkling clean every day, the pool was perfect, we were in it all day long every day. And the food! It was excellent, as was the delicious breakfast.

The hotel has a pretty setting, on top of a hill above Old Olympia. The large swimming pool has great views (but not over Olympia btw) and is a marvellous place to wind down after some serious archaeology.
The personnel is very friendly and speaks good English.
The rooms are in separate buildings, a bit like a typical US motel, with only ground floor rooms. They are quiet, large and clean.

A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Sofia made us feel very welcome and, as we didn't hire a car, kindly picked us up and took us back to the bus station. It is a fair walk down into the town but we enjoyed the views and the exercise was needed after all the delicious Greek food! We would happily return to Nafplio, it's a lovely old city with great cafes to watch the world go by.

I proprietari sono gentilissimi e il posto incantevole. Le stanze e gli arredi sono nuovi, molto curati e puliti. Si trova a 500 mt dal paesino, dove ci sono alcuni mini market e taverne (di carne); a 1 km dal mare, molto bello. Verso il mare ci sono 3 taverne di pesce.

This was an excellent hotel. The service was great. Excellant facilities for all the family. There was no need to leave the hotel. All needs and entertainment was accessible in the resort. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going again.
