  This is an outstanding hotel. The location is quiet and rural, yet close to chic Nafplio and also ideal for touring the Argolid. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Service is attentive and personal. We stayed in a superior room, and consequently received a complementary bowl of fruit and a delicious bottl - The setting in an orange and olive grove in the hills outside Nafplio is spectacular. The homemade marmalades, breads, and fresh juice make every breakfast fantastic. Large common lounging area with a bar, couches, and wifi. The owners arranged for us to tour a local (but world-famous) winery -- a great experience. It is an easy drive from Athens and a good base from which to explore the Peloponnese region.   Hotel with beautiful design you would not expect in a p,ace the size of Sparta. Relatively but very well equipped rooms. And the only one of the 3 business hotels in the centre of Sparta with a (modest) swimming pool. If you are lucky there is still some street parking left in front of the hotel. Now, with the recent renovations modernizing the rooms, we were even more pleased. It's classy, peaceful, and perfectly located in Sparta. We will continue to stay here every time we visit relatives in Sparta.
