The owners are a family and they are very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast: self-preparation by products received the night before. Quite s - Yiannis, the owner, was very friendly,helpful and ready to attend all our needs. Ask him anything you want and he will provide it. The breakfast was just amazing. We could not eat all that was available to us. Almost everything was home made. We were surprised when we were about to go, he gave us plenty of herbs freshly cut from his garden and a complementary bottle of fresh cow's milk. We would recommend it to anyone who is willing to experience Greek hospitality at its best:)

  The apartments have the best interior design I ever saw in Greece. They are big, we had a room with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen / dining rooms with 3 sofas which become quite big single beds. You can order breakfast from a list and they bring it to the apartment the morning after at the time you want, this is great. The place is very quiet and relax - This place is just wonderful! This was the second time that we stayed in the guesthouse and we liked it even better than the first time. Rooms are beautiful with tasteful interiors and very comfortable beds. Rooms well heated. Nice breakfast served in the room (and eaten on the sunny balcony). Extremely friendly and genuinly welcoming staff. Wonderful surroundings and perfect location for visiting Mystras and Sparta. Chromata, one of the best restaurants we have experienced in Greece is nearby.

Sofia made us feel very welcome and, as we didn't hire a car, kindly picked us up and took us back to the bus station. It is a fair walk down into the town but we enjoyed the views and the exercise was needed after all the delicious Greek food! We would happily return to Nafplio, it's a lovely old city with great cafes to watch the world go by.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Areopolis by car where one can shop, eat, walk in the traditional village. The hotel has lovely verandas and one can sit outside, as well as effective airconditioning if it is too hot outside. We had an appartment with a vert well wquiped kitchen. The owner was very helpful with information about the area.

  The manager and her daughter are so customer-friendly - approachable and go out of their way to help you! The location is ideal - on the water with a private beach (no one used it while I was using it) and still had a pool. The room was great - overlooking the pool and out towards the sea. I was greeted with freshly squeezed OJ and a piece of cake - greatly appreciated! - Everyone in the hotel were polite and always ready to help us. We felt as if we were staying in their home. Great hospitality! The quality of the breakfast and the food-snacks in general was beyond expectations. Everything was home made and prepared at the time of the order. In my opinion, this is how hotels should be managed. Well done ladies!
