  Siamo arrivati all'hotel alle ore 14.30, non c'era nessuno per aiutarci con i bagagli, abbiamo dovuto portarceli da noi, ci hanno dato una camera al 7° piano, con una bella vista, ma purtroppo c'erano formiche sia in camera che in bagno. Quando ho reclamato mi hanno detto che era colpa mia, che tenendo il balcone aperto questo era normale. Being so close to the airport was not really a problem except for Friday night and early Saturday morning. The salt water pool was wonderful. - very good service provided by staff

  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

  Beautiful location, with great outside lounge areas, view over the Ionian Sea is spectacular. Breakfast Buffet is very nice with lots of variety on food. It's perfect if you want quiet and peaceful place to rest and enjoy beach and sun. Stuff is very friendly and professional, food was perfect and pretty cheap. This is definitely not our last stay in this hotel.
