  The resort has a great location away from town, with a great beach with crystal-clear water. The design is very attractive, with lots of great views, and the housekeeping is immaculate.   The Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels I´ve ever stayed. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms very confortable with wonderful sea view. Would definitely return !

  Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.   We had a lovely self-catering stay at these apartments. Maria and Petros were very welcoming and did their best to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. We were picked up and returned to the airport (free!) and also offered lifts from time to time.
