  All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. - Our family liked practicaly everything: friendly staff, comfortable and beautiful rooms and very-very-very clean sea.

The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude.   Molto bella la struttura camera e bagnograndi ma attenzione alla prenotazione vista mare.. Sono laterali vista parziale, per la vista mare sono camere con piscina privata!ristorante colazione buono internazionale, pranzo ristorante sul mare bello e pulitissimo a 12 euro a testa buffet. Ottima la piscina centale con bar e piscine private sparse ovu... cosa dice la gente » nque. Il personale parla anche italiano. Vicinissimo al centro circa 5 minuti a piedi. La spiaggia lunghissima con entata al mare sabbia mista sassi, - The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar). Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) - Solid hotel, quiet area, a minute walk from bars and restaurants, helpful, friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice beach.
