  Abbiamo soggiornato alla fine di Agosto per 4 notti. Posizione ottima per l'isola, silenzioso e tranquillo. Camere spaziose, ben arredate con bella vista sul mare e sulla struttura. Proprietari davvero molto gentili.   L'accoglienza, la gestione, la pulizia sono le cose che subito colpiscono appena si arriva. Poi si apprezza la qualità delle camere, con arredamento moderno, comodo e confortevole. Il luogo in cui si trova: sia perchè immerso tra gli ulivi ma con sguardo sul mare, e quindi molto rilassante, sia perchè si trova in posizione comoda per raggiungere t... cosa dice la gente » utta l'isola. Offre molti servizi per i clienti, con grande parco e area attrezzata per i bambini, zona barbeque, parcheggio, mountainbike a disposizi - Studio molto ampio, arredato bene con materiali nuovi e moderni. Bagno pulitissimo con maioliche e box doccia di design. Terrazzino con tavolino e sedie x la colazione. Prenotando a Marzo ho pagato 50€ a notte quanto in altri "studios" che, avendoli visti, non valevano altrettanto. Non è vista mare! Ma poco mi è importato, visto che lo sport a Karpathos è cambiare ogni giorno spiaggia. Via la mattina x tornare la sera!

  I stayed in Alia during my visit in Rhodes this october, the room i had was spacious on the second floor soundproof with a sattelite tv. The a la carte brekfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared for me. All the areas were spotless and the bar staff was so friendly. Thank you Alia - Peaceful and relaxing place, 2 min. walk from the beach. Away from the crowded resorts, but within easy driving distance to anywhere on the Island. The poolside bar and restaurant was very good, including Saturday night live music show and "eat as you can" BBQ on Sunday night for EUR7.50!

The localization of the hotel is perfect: it is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants/shops but at the same time far enough from the noise coming from many night clubs.
