We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella!   We were met at the harbour and taken to Vinceno Family Rooms where cold drinks were made available. Our room was Studio 9, which was a large room and it also had a small lounge with a balcony facing the street. There was a flat screen tv, a kettle and cups for our early morning cup of tea. There were only 3 of us, but there - Vincenzo family rooms is outstanding in all categories, it is an oasis on a jewel of an island in the port city of Chora. The location of the hotel is great, close enough to the port to make walking easy yet set in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The hotel consists of two buildings located on opposite sides of a lightly traveled one way street,each with their own character, their are several types of rooms so ask and they will have a room that will make you happy. We arrived late in the evening but Leonidas (manager/owner) waited for us patiently with his sweetest smile and warmest welcome. The staff were very helpful and very polite. And will always greet you with a smile at any time of day or night. The whole place is spotless clean, and even before you ask, you have your fluffy and fresh towels everyday. We stayed in studi - I liked the hospitality of all staff working there but especially i loved Leonidas ( the owner). i enjoyed spending time by the pool with my friends drinking wines. in addition, one of the highlights of this hotel is the beds. everything is by coco mat and you enjoy sleeping....you just cant wake up and this is what holidays is all about!!! i recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great relaxing time with either friends or family.
